Each Planfix® plan covers the same calibre of senior advisor. The only difference is volume, cadence and the level of onsite/integration support you need.

Pricing FAQ

Do you do project-based pricing?

Yes - for defined scopes (e.g. a CRM rollout) we'll quote a fixed price once discovery is complete. Most clients prefer one of the three plans for flexibility.

What about implementation work?

For build-side delivery we partner with Kite Union, our sister Australian software development team, and we own the project management end-to-end. You'll always know which team is doing what, and the same senior advisor stays involved from scoping through to go-live.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. The Monthly plan rolls month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Do you offer not-for-profit pricing?

Yes - registered Australian NFPs receive a 15% discount on all plans. Just let us know during the discovery call.
